Ash and his friends cover a lot of ground in their search for Pokemon around the Unova region, now they have got to Eindoak ready for their Harvest Festival, Ash has to deal with two dear nearly falling to their deaths down a cliff edge, but without him first realising he is there, Victini helps him out, giving him the power to leap his way onto another rock face to safety.
Victini is a shy type of Pokemon, but he has a kind heart, helping out when he can, but Victini decides to remain invisible to all as he doesn't trust humans. In the beginning, Reshiram saved a race of people from certain death and Damon wants him for his own devious ends. However, his interests soon turn to Victini once he sees him, as he is known as the victory Pokemon who has the ability to grant power and this is what Damon wants most of all.
Back at the Harvest Festival, the town's mayor is hosting an annual battle competition where the only rules are this: the trainers who have been waiting to compete will have battles with no substitutions and whoever has the competitions necklace at the end will be the winner.
From the moment Victini sees Ash and his Pokemon, he chooses to give him his power in a way, he helps him off the cliff, saves the two deer and helps TePig win during his first battle. When one of the other contestants point out to Ash that Victini is helping his Pokemon win the battles, Ash thinks back to all the occasions this might have been possible. The main crux of the story is a legend of the castle over a thousand years ago, their king had a Pokemon, Victini and two sons, princes, one was The Hero of Ideals while the other was The Hero of Truth and both had Dragon Pokemon; Zekrom and Reshiram, one white, one black. The people thought they would become great rulers, but the war that ensued sealed their fate and the fate of their Pokemon until the king asked Victini for use of his power to restore the village back to its former beauty.
Damon's goal is to bring the Kingdom of the Vale back to life, though his methods are not great. In this, a two-movie set, there are two versions of the same story, both with different outcomes. Ash and his pals have a lot to do to convince Damon he is wrong to make use of Victini for his own reasons. Pokemon Black and White is a creative, fun and engaging anime adventure with some amazing special effects.

Summary: Ideals or Truth? When a hero must choose, he can only choose one, or can he? I liked this look at both sides of an argument and the two outcomes make for interesting viewing!
