Anime Archives: Another Series of Shiki?
When the first series left it at an ending where there could have been a follow-up series, many among us could have seen a second series sprouting from the survivors of the full scale shiki massacre in the village.
But after much consideration, there still seems to be no indication of there being a second one in planning or production, though there are fans out there who enjoyed it. It is a shame as there was a lot of character development between the ones who were made shiki and those who were jinrou.
Known for its violence, blood shed and burning sequences, as an anime it didn't pull any punches when it came to the serious episodes, but at least there were the ones the girls liked of Toru and his best friend - little did he know he wasn't dead!
