Synopsis:
Disillusioned with society, Kevin escapes to remote Alaska and is unwittingly turned into a werewolf by the resident pack.  He runs beside Joel, the were who took him in, and the mate his wolf spirit is drawn to.

Things look to be glorious in his new life, until the alpha perceives a threat to his power.

Another erotic tale of the Alaskan Were!

In the past, Kevin had gone through problems of his own with insomnia and troubled thoughts too bothered with human life issues he couldn't possibly resolve. Now that Joel had made him a were, he felt different around him, whole again as though he had never felt so good asleep with the one he loves. Kevin is literally the Alaskan Were.

As Kevin is classed as the new guy, he finds it strange that he runs alongside his lover Joel and has greater senses than some of the other weres in the pack. He thought he would be the lowest ranking, but somehow there was much more to his abilities than they had first thought.

Kevin soon learns that there are rules to staying in the pack, and if he breaks them, he might find himself thrown out. Their alpha leader, Hiram is the one who calls the shots, and as Joel reminds him, he doesn't take lightly to disobedience from any of the other pack members, and certainly not a new member like him. When he sees Hiram torture and bite what looks to be his wolf mate, Kevin wonders what life will be like for him in the pack.

Running with the Pack: Alaskan Were has passion and heart as Yamila has created some classic characters who will stay in the minds of readers for a long time after.
