In the previous movies, Black Victini and Reshiram and White Victini and Zekrom, we thought Ash and his friends had ended their journey. But this is only the next step in a whole new adventure and it's going to get much harder for them to face.

Ash Pikachu Iris and Cilan take the train when Ash sees a pokemon hurt, and what makes it strange is he doesn't recognise what type of pokemon he is!

Being the sort of guy he is Ash wants to take the mystery pokemon with them but Kyurem sets up an assault against him. Keldeo wanted to stop Kyurem from killing three other pokemon who are the swords of justice; Terrakion Cobalion and Virizion.

You get the impression the windy station Ash and friends get to makes much of a profit as there's a girl selling Darumaka boxed lunches and other assorted goodies when they get off. Incidentally, Daruma seems to be lucky as it represents a god in Japan that has all kinds of looks. In the legends, Kyurem is one of the strongest dragon type pokemon who gives off a wind that freezes enemies in their tracks and came into being around the same time as Zekrom and Reshiram.

When Ash and his friends take the pokemon to the hospital they discover there is more to his enemy than they thought. Keldeo is training to be a member of the swords of justice but he doesn't have the might to take anyone on least of all Kyurem. Keldeo tells them he challenged Kyurem to a duel and then couldn't go through with it later. The three swords of justice watched and paid the price as Kyurem encased them in ice. If Ash doesn't help him his friends might stay that way forever.

What I liked about this movie was its fast pace its story defeat and eventual success and the animation style worked surprisingly well. Pokemon always had been the sort of anime people of all ages can enjoy.
