Ritsu Onodera, an editor in the shojo manga department of Marukawa Publishing, has one archnemesis, editor in chief and hotshot boss Masamune Takano, the very same man who also happens to be Ritsu’s first love! Though it hasn’t been easy working under Takano, Ritsu has finally decided to do his best at becoming a proper manga editor. Concerned over the sales of his first manga, he visits a local bookstore only to run into sales rep Yokozawa, who promptly tells Ritsu he’s dating Takano!
Shungjiku is most famous for her work on Junjou Romantica where her characters and art style were most appreciated. She has also had published Hybrid Child and still enjoys continuing with The World's Greatest First Love.
Here, Ritsu changes jobs hoping for a change only to find his new boss was his first love. Getting used to others can be difficult when you're the new guy, but now it's even worse for him as he has to face working around his boss knowing how he feels about him. Readers can see the characters from Junjou Romantica in the cover for this novel and the interior artwork - this is what makes her one of t he most popular manga writers and artists today - she can meld her characters from one novel to another with ease.
Fans should not be surprised at the possibility of Ritsu being a difficult choice for Takano. This is to be released on the 13th of October 2015.
