Synopsis:
Touno, a medical intern, was just rejected by his colleague, Misawa, a
physician. Keeping his distance from the department of internal medicine
where Misawa works, Touno spends most of his time in pediatrics, when
he's ordered to be the doctor in charge of the hospital director's son,
who has currently been admitted for a bone fracture. However, the
director's son, Ichii, seems to be a sexy medical student!
The book is made up of several chapters set out as "steps" in the waltz, while there are a few extras at the end which fans will find fun. Readers can't forget her epic drama Hero Heel, and Touno and Ichii are as interesting and fun. No one likes to be rejected, but that's just life for Touno, who seeks to avoid the man, Misawa who made him feel so bad for fancying him.
The waltz is a comical metaphor, a way of showing how Touno is avoiding his former love, and how he could have everything his way if he only thinks about it.
Other novel, A Murmur of the Heart his the same characters and is one of her many graphic novels dealing with male/male relationships and their problems.
A Waltz in the Clinic is due out 8th October 2015.
