When I saw this on Search Press's website I immediately thought of the Pokemon collectable toys that children who watched the anime series back in the 90s really got into. The truth is, no one ever lost interest in the cute little critters as anime and manga have an ever-growing audience.

His only bonus is his drive to succeed even if he has no powers. Though if he trains his mind and body to accept new powers, there is every chance they might come.
