Here Jotaru Kujo is the protagonist, the grandson of Joseph Joestar who has been trapped by an evil spirit after a fight at school. When Joseph meets him, he tells him all about what the evil spirit is. Joseph says it is a Stand which is made by a person's energy and being next to the person gives it that name.

The Stand takes a lot of power to use, so someone who doesn't have the strength to use it is useless to defeat another with the Stand power. Jotaru and Joseph have to help protect Holly, Joseph's daughter from dying, taking a trip to Egypt to stop this happening. When they get there, Dio acts as an ever present threat and they have to take him down as well as his henchmen.

Fans of the manga will enjoy how the anime turned out and proved to be faithful to it. The manga animation style is typically shonen with an emphasis on the power and muscular build of the characters. The only issue was with the English audio that sounded a little too exaggerated, which in this second set has been fixed.

I am happy to say that this has been the case and improves the enjoyment of the series with familiar voice actors like Johnny Yong Bosch who also voices Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach.

This Blu-ray release is made special by the pro look of the animation, the strength of the characters and the bonus material that comes with it that will be highly collectible in years to come.

Bonus Material: A collectors box and six art cards with a 104 page booklet that accompanies the first 24 episodes of this second series, plus clean opening and ending songs.

Summary:JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is one title fans of anime will want to see in its English dubbed version and new and improved!
