Issei is a second year high school student and along with his two friends he's never had a girlfriend. It is their mission to get with a "hot chick" and make out with her before they graduate, but as they aren't handsome or gifted like Kiba, a bishonen third year, they know their chances are slim to none. The only action they get is peeking through a hole in the wall of a changing room at some of the sexiest girls in school, and one in particular who has very big "jugs." Issei fears he will never get a girl and might well be a virgin forever, but when a random busty girl asks him out, he can't believe his luck. As for his friends, they think he has hit the jackpot while they still haven't got a girl.
Issei is so naughty his mom thinks he looks at girlie magazines all the time when he should be in his room studying and who else would have an alarm clock that wakes him up with various threats including, " I'll chop off your balls!" His new life isn't all fun and games as when he's out with his date, she turns into an evil but naked demon girl who tries to kill him.
Lucky for him Rias comes to his rescue and takes him back to the school. Cue a very naked and shocked Issei staring at a very naked Rias sleeping next to him. She announces she is a demon, but a better one than the fallen angel who tried to kill him, and he remembers what happened before when she told him he was her servant and her his master. She tells him also that the place he is in is called the Occult Research Club part of the school, and as far as anyone else is concerned, they research the occult - when in fact they are the occult! As Issei is now hers, he has to fulfil his part of the bargain and perform tasks for her. These range from easy ones to hard ones, but soon the reason comes out as to why Rias wants him in her flock. One of these tasks has him going to people's houses trying to get contracts, but he isn't a great demon's servant. He doesn't know the first thing about making her clients happy.
There are some funny moments in this series, from Issei being hit on by Rias every two minutes to him trying to avoid bad situations with a new girl, Asia and his parents being surprised that he would ever bring her home with the intention to marry her. It's good fun and gives girls an idea of how naughty teens can be. The animation reminded me of Vampire Knight as did some of the humour in it, but what I like about this series is the fact it has a good plot, new and interesting characters can come into it and you aren't put off by them as they are just as good as the existing ones, and you are always wondering why Rias makes jealous eyes at Issei and Asia - maybe she's had a relationship that turned sour for her in the past. High School DXD Complete Series Collection is a boob laden, panty shot filled fun anime that has a plot, a fun couple of side stories and some strong cast members.

Verdict: This is a fan-service fans wet dream for sure, but there's some bishonen guys in for the girls too.
