Now that the original Team 7 is back together Kakashi has a lot to prove and thanks largely to Obito's visual prowess he can do anything even perform a Susan oo in his plot to take down Kagura. As we have seen from the episodes on her back story she was practically from another world and came to like humans until they became afraid of her and grew to hate her.

Her twisted desire for a world without jutsu or powers has led her to this situation where Kakashi and his team can make good on their promise to save the world. From the start, it kind of looks like Kakashi is doing all the work while his team chill out. They look a lot tired and could do with the rest. I enjoyed seeing flashbacks to when Team 7 were younger and Kakashi and Obito when Rin was part of their team. The story seems to have come full circle with the final battle with Kaguya happening and a battle between Sasuke and Naruto to see who is the best.

To be honest among all the battles and mayhem in Naruto, I forgot about how each character has a meaning to their name. For example how Kakashi's name means scarecrow. That was something I never knew as I had never looked into their names like I had maybe the characters names from Bleach. In this final box set, you might not know whether to laugh or cry as Kakashi watches all the effort of training the three of them (Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura) come together in these the last ever episodes of the series before we move onto Boruto. Though this is mainly about Naruto and Sasuke's friendship, there is a deeper meaning with Obito's friendship with Kakashi and how he can help Kakashi believe he isn't useless.

What is interesting is looking back at the first episode when Kakashi gets to meet the team for the first time. Naruto comes across as goofy with lofty goals, Sasuke is the dark-minded type with thoughts of killing off his brother and Sakura acting lovesick over Sasuke. The funny thing is each of them through the course of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden have got their wishes, Naruto has honed his talent to become a formidable shinobi who would live up to becoming Hokage, Sasuke has overcome his hatred and come back to be the team member he should have always been and Sakura has grown in strength and lost her lovesick ways to become their equal.

I must confess the reason I was watching this set wasn't for the battle between Kaguya and Team 7 it was for the Sasuke/Naruto fight. And let me say how great it was to see them back in action. For me, this dropped a few tears.

Summary: In this final box set, there is the right transition from this series to the next, Boruto and this is worth watching for the tying up of loose ends.
