Ichigo looks on in horror as Captain Kenpachi Zuraki fights Nnoitora Gilga, Espada number 5. It looks like he is about to be defeated, but as we have all come to know, Kenny likes a good hard battle and welcomes all the blood, gore and broken bones associated with it. In this second part of Bleach Series 10, we get a look at Nnoitora's back story. In his early life as a lower ranked Espada under Neliel to Odershvank, he hated his life, but hated her more as he thought she took pity on him. The reality was that she thought he was too weak to be left alone to do his duties for Lord Aizen.

There are other anime series that use the semi colon, these for example, Stein's;Gate, Robotics;Notes, and Chaos;Head. They did well out of this kind of name, and this one will be no exception. Occultic;Nine is Chiyomaru Shikura's latest manga novel, but not in the standard sense - this one is a print novel rather than a manga.

Krilling, Bulma and Gohan have gone in search of the remaining Dragon Balls in order to bring their friends back to life again. Their journey takes them to the planet Namek where they fall into trouble with a new enemy, Frieza who also wants the Dragon Balls for himself. Evil prince and former foe from the first season, Prince Vegeta has also trailed them to their planet, and still wants to get his hands on

those balls. This time around, the story comes out that Frieze's people are even more terrifying and powerful than the Seiyans, so the roles are reversed for the two powers as our heroes have a new enemy to overcome.

Now that the Amagai arc is over, the story gets back onto cannon continuing Ichigo's fight with Grimmjow Jeagerjacques. For viewers who might not remember the plot several discs back, a narrator fills in the gaps on what  happened in the previous arc, and gets on with the rest of the story. All the characters are in a different situation with each of the Arrancars. Ichigo is busy with Grimmjow, Uryu and Renji have Szayel to deal with while Peche and Dondochakka stand back and watch.

After Rurichiyo left the Soul Society with her two aides, she has now returned, but her aides are still in the real world of the living and unaware. As Kumoi has realized she has come back, he sees the perfect opportunity to have his henchmen seize her and plan to take over the clan as leader. With Ichigo and Rukia protecting her, Kumoi’s ninja Hanzanuka isn't getting much of a chance to kill her. It isn't until he gets his opportunity to take Ichigo head on that he thinks he can beat him, but whether he is strong enough or not is an issue.

The previous series left us with Ichigo having defeated the other Arrancars and rescued Orihime, and continues with that part of the arc, however, now it is time to concentrate on a new arc about a new captain which we have not been previously introduced to in the series. Shusuke Amagai is to take over Gin Ichimaru's post as Squad Three Captain, and no one knows what to make of him. As there are three posts to be filled, only Squads nine and five are still needing captains. The officers of Squad Three are unhappy with the appearance of a new captain, and voice their troubles.

Peace is to be shattered on Earth when a huge fire ball lands on a nearby town, causing disruption and terror. The ball, it seems is a capsule containing one man, but he is unlike all the others on Earth, he is from another race called the Saiyans, and their path to Earth has them search for the seven magic Dragon Balls. These balls are able to grant wishes to whoever holds them, and Prince Vegeta desires them all. The people of Earth had better not despair though, as Son Goku, a plucky kid who comes from a family of fighters who wants to give this prince a piece of his mind.

The Midnight Channel is the heated topic of discussion at school. Yu Narukami has moved to Inaba from Tokyo with his uncle and cousin, and his new friends tell him that the Midnight Channel is when a TV is on during a dark and rainy night, and it is when a person will be shown their soul mate. Yu and his new friends discover this isn't always the case. After an incident, they can go through a TV set and into another dimension. This dimension houses evil creatures called Shadows, and when they get there, they meet a bear called Teddie who helps them combat the creatures. Once the Shadows try to strike Yu, he begins to show an ability to summon a persona to fight in his stead. Yu and his pals can fight these Shadows, but they have to find out more of the murders that have been happening in their area, and the Midnight Channel. They have only so much time to do this before the body count continues to rise.

All the characters are now facing their enemies; Chad is at the point of losing, and Ichigo has the awful feeling he might be right, while Rukia is faced with the clear image of her old master Kaien Shiba, but in Espada clothing. She thinks it is strange for him to be in that garb, but when he shows her he is still the same man he was before he died so tragically before, she feels she actually trusts him. This for her is her biggest mistake. When he tells her all about his Espada abilities, she starts to shrink away from him, but he gives away the fact he has Kaien's memories and looking for a time when he can take Lord Aizen down. he is actually an Espada, formerly the Hollow that killed Kaien's wife, and later him, taking over his body, and trying to lure Rukia into a false sense of security. Once Aaroniero shows his true form, she is more worried about Kaien's soul, and the thought of freeing him from being a part of an evil Espada.

In this box set of Dragon Ball Z Cell's encounter with Trunks left him almost powerless against him. He had already fought Super Saiyan before, and hadn't come across anyone half as strong as Cell. Everyone was looking to Trunks to be the hero of the day, the fate of the world was in his hands, yet Cell was amazed at his opponent's powers. He could not understand how he could power up at such as short time when he obviously had the advantage. It is then he realises Trunks's true power and that he could have used more force against him if he had wanted to.
